How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, help compare RVs, coordinate with Riverside Camping Center, maintain lead attribution, prevent duplicate submissions, and improve the customer experience. Website inquiries may be delivered to Riverside's customer-management systems and assigned to the consultant named on this site.
Calls, texts, and email
Submitting a form does not require you to purchase anything. When you request contact, Riverside or the named consultant may respond using the channel you selected. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages.
Anonymous website measurement
We record anonymous page views and actions such as inventory, floorplan, call, text, email, Find My RV, wish-list, referral-form, and Riverside website clicks. Records may include a temporary random session identifier, timestamp, consultant site, page path, stock number, campaign tags, and the referring website domain. This measurement system does not store your name, email address, phone number, message or search text, full external referring address, or IP address. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days and used to understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful customer actions.
