When you submit an inquiry, referral request, RV wish list, Find My RV request, or blog comment, we may collect your name, contact details, shopping preferences, trade information, and the message or comment you send. Blog comments are reviewed before publication. If published, your name and comment are public; your email address is used only for administration and is never displayed publicly. Do not submit another person's private information without their permission.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, help compare RVs, coordinate with Riverside Camping Center, maintain lead attribution, prevent duplicate submissions, and improve the customer experience. Website inquiries may be delivered to Riverside's customer-management systems and assigned to the consultant named on this site.
Calls, texts, and email
Submitting a form does not require you to purchase anything. When you separately agree to text messages, Riverside or the named consultant may send recurring automated informational and marketing messages about your RV inquiry, inventory, appointments, and related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Mobile numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages and manage customer requests only on our behalf.

Anonymous website measurement
We record anonymous page views and actions such as inventory, floorplan, call, text, email, Find My RV, wish-list, referral-form, and Riverside website clicks. Records may include a temporary random session identifier, timestamp, consultant site, page path, stock number, campaign tags, and the referring website domain. This measurement system does not store your name, email address, phone number, message or search text, full external referring address, or IP address. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days and used to understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful customer actions.
